Minor Sub-Division: $50 plus $10 per lot up to a maximum of 4 lots

Major Sub-Division (5 lots and over): $100 plus $10 per lot

Site Plan Review: $100 up to a 10,000 square foot building
........................$200 over a 10,000 square foot building

Special Use Permit: $25 for home occupations; All others: $100

If the Town needs professional services for special use permits, the Applicant will pay the additional costs.
