NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Villages of Carthage and West Carthage will hold a joint public hearing on Thursday, March 29, 2001 at 7:00PM, at the Village of Carthage Municipal Building, 120 N Mechanic St., Carthage NY 13619, for the purpose of hearing public comment concerning the preparation of a Micro Enterprise/Public Improvement Community Block Development Grant application in an amount not to exceed $600,000 for the purpose of meeting identified and prioritized needs in the communities. All persons wishing to be heard for or against the proposed application will be heard at that time. Communications in writing, in relation thereto, may be filed with the Villages prior to such hearing.
