ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

The Town Board adopted an amendment to the Town Zoning Law (Local Law #3 for 2005) to allow for the establishment of
a Cooperative Board of Appeals.

The Cooperative Board of Appeals shall be established through an inter-municipal agreement between the
T/Champion, T/Wilna, V/Carthage and RACOG.
