The Champion Town Board met in special session on Tuesday, April 15, 2003 at the Champion Municipal Building. Present were Supervisor Buckley, Councilmen Watkins, Stewart, Buzzell and Peck. Supervisor Buckley called the meeting to order at 4:32PM.

Motion by Mr. Buzzell, seconded by Mr. Stewart to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing a specific personnel issue. Ayes 5, Nays-0. Motion carried. Executive session began at 4:33PM. Robert White, William Vargulick, and Wilson Rusho were included in the session.

Motion by Mr. Stewart, seconded by Mr. Buzzell to return to open session. Ayes-5, Nays-0. Motion carried. Open session resumed at 6:01PM.

Motion by Mr. Stewart, seconded by Mr. Buzzell to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 6:03PM.
